{Darksteel Forge} and {Bow of Nylea} is on the field. Can the bow be destroyed with "Destroy target Enchantment"?

No, it cannot. Regardless of how it's trying to be destroyed, it won't work, because Indestructibility is a blanket against any destroy effect
