just curious what you guys think about lifelink not being errata'd on older cards, like {armadillo cloak}. on a lifelink creature would basically give your creature non redunant lifelink x2. i just ask because lots of other abilities like fear and reach were errata'd and im just surprised {armadillo cloak} and similar abilties werent turned into lifelink.

Because {Armadillo Cloak} and {Vampiric Link} can be used in a special way.  You can put it on an opponents creature, and you gain life whenever it attacks.  It's all in the wording.
