Untap, upkeep (lose a lifedraw on the upkeep), draw
Swamp
My lands are the Urborg, Godless Shrine, Flagstones and a swamp
I use the Flagstones and swamp to play {Smallpox} discard, sac a creature and a land, and lose a life.
I sac my {Flagstons of Trokair} which gets me a plains and when that plains enters I return {Bloodghast} to the battlefield. And I discard a {Phyrexian Arena}.
I use the fetched Plains, Godless Shrine and Urborg to play {Kirchen Finks}
Pass after you sac your land and creature and discard a card.
