Equipping a creature

Can I equip a {lightning greaves} to a creature at intang speed? I rarely use equipment, so I have no clue.

You equip as a sorcery. Most equipment say you can only equip as a sorcery.

Although, some equipment say you attach for a cost. You can attach at instant speed.

All Equipment can only be attacheted at Sorcery speed only
