Looking for a semi-competitive budget deck to play at FNM. Anyone have some good suggestion?

Boros burn, such a cheap build, buy the journey into nyx event deck and your set for the basics then add searing bloods, warleaders helix, magma jet and boros charm

And try and get +3 chandra's pheonix and an extra pyromancer

That's not expensive at all, it's competitive enough for a FNM and that's without adding scrylands

im from the uk, everything is cheaper here for me,i get event decks for £18 and chandras pheonix for £2

If you could that'd be great. Ive been looking through some of the mono white decks to get an idea. My budget is about 30-45.
