im making a lockdown deck that uses {zur the enchanter}+{stasis}+{blind obedience}/{frozen Æther}+{eon hub} for a total lockdown. my only problem is that i dont know of anything to untap my stuff that zur can tutor im also running {Mycosynth Lattice} if that helps with any of the cards that you recommend

I'm not sure that there are any 3 or less CMC enchantments that do that. {Mind over Matter} is a good one if you have draw engines. I'll take a look and get back to you.
