I say take the mortars out of the main board seeing as they don't damage the player, and moving up to 4 helix, and switching two shocks for two chained

Mattao19

I like the list but I'd drop Reckoners for Zealots

TheRedRabble

I'm taking both ur advices and made the changes and trying for game day tommorow

particle

i dont think you run enough creatures for {twinflame}.

+4 {Wild Guess}
-1 Mizzium Mortars
+1 {Purphoros, God of the Forge}
-2 Chained to the Rocks
+2 {Banishing Light}
-4 Lightning Strike
+4 Skullcrack

Thought Id tidy up the main now I'll do a side

4x {Mindsparker}
1x {Banishing Light}
2x {Aegis of the Gods}
3x Peak Eruption
3x Searing Blood
2x {Deicide}

Good Luck I hope my advice helps you to a better finish.

P.S. Firedancer+Searing Blood

As an aside Id like to note that Chained to the Rocks isn't the best, I much prefer Banishing Light as it controls a greater variety of things and u wont lose a mountain if someone wants to get rid of it.

My two cents.

I want to suggest to you Prophetic Flamespeaker who is going to see a ton of play- if u dont use it at game day at least look for it in trades. Pretty sure it could see a BIG price jump.

PrEZchoICE1

Also watever u do dont remove shocks!

{Boros charm} is one of your best cards, play four. {Ash zealot} applies good pressure, keep four. {Young Pyromancer} is too slow, don't run any. {Chained to the rocks} is one mana, {Banishing light} is three. {Wild guess} is bad. {Purphoros god of the forge} is waaaaay too slow. {lightning strike} is burn, don't get rid of it.  {mindsparker} isn't good, nor is {aegis of the gods}, or {peak eruption}. You should probably play some number of {Blind obedience in your 75. I also suggest not listening to this guy. I have been playing burn since pt theros, so I might know a thing or two. Also, {Prophetic Flamespeaker} won't jump unless khans has something

Peak Eruption is from his original board and u had no bitch of it the first time u looked? Ash Zealot is a SB card not a main. In a deck full of burn, pyromancer applies good pressure too. Chained to the rocks will get ur mountains killed or bounced. Prophetic Flamespeaker is a great card and will jump. It will also see heavy pro tour play soon. New2 we've played together on mtgo and I know you have good judgement u asked my opinion and those are the changes I personally would make. Again I wish good luck to you on gameday. Ive been playing burn decks since revised, but my brain is getting old, admittedly. Have a good night.

Second thoughts Id leave the zealots in the board instead of the sparkers.

Crackalacka do u really think Lightning Strike is better than Skullcrack?

I run Mindsparkers in my side and they've always treated me very well tempo wise, but I can see the value of Ash Zealot as well, as a SB card. I guess it just comes down to what u anticipate seeing more of in your matchups.

I don't think it's better than skull crack, but I think you still want to main board it. You want to main bothz I didn't look at his sideboard upon first judgement, something that i often do. For sparker, he's awkward. Every deck gets rid of him with ease, and UW, they only matchup to board them in against, will just dsphere them. A waste of 3 mana in my opinion. No one will have land destruction for your mountains, whereas every deck has boarded enchantment hate for banishing.

Flamespeaker doesn't have a deck yet, so no, as of yet, he won't see any play in a pt. Pyromancer just sets you up to be vulnerable to a verdict

U bring a good point about hate in the board, unavoidable. However banishing deals with more threats than rocks, who is also an enchantment.

I added Skullcrack in for Lightning Strike because its better, in every possible way. You're arguing it should stay in because its DD. well ok, find a spot for it that doesnt remove skullcrack. Im intrigued what your choice may b since u suggested removing shock (burn) in favor of Chained to the Rocks.

For us to have discourse will only help the OP in the end anyhow. :)

lotrwk

Go down to three strike, remove twin flame, add four crack. And yeah, chained is an enchantment, but if they remove it, you wasted 1 mana, and they get a creature back that you probably can't burn, then if you draw another, you don't have to waste more than half your mana on it. With banishing, you'll probably be getting rid of a walker that you could burn out, and drawing another one would cost almost an entire turn

Assuming all your matchups run control shells with Verdict, yes ur right. Wat creature doesnt leave u vulnerable to verdict? Ash Zealot? I think not. Truth b told zealot will get boltbaited nigh everytime.

Flamespeaker WILL have a deck very very soon. Mark my words, its too good not to.
