I've heard it so many times here, and I think it is just totally dumb to say 'karma means nothing'. You are 100% wrong, karma means total of your negative and positive reactions from other forum memners. Not nothing.

It's honestly a number built up off of witty remarks.

Out of my almost 200 karma of say my breakdown is like this

120- were good puns
15- were from helping out in the rules
30- were deck building help
15- Wall games
10- from Trades
20- from useless you have me a +1, here +1 back lol

(Yes my math adds to 210, but I have gotten negative karma too )

Yes I agree there are way too many trigger happy people I've been here over a year and my karmas been a roller coaster

People are much more vindictive through anonymity

Most people have a little neg karma when they first start off, but over time, it goes up or it goes down. Usually up with most people.

Some people do stupid stalking, I see it all the time and what usually happens is that person is neg'd even more. Usually remarks about how they don't care gain more neg karma.

Now it's not from one person however, so those who do get a lot of neg karma need to consider that maybe there is a better way to approach a community:
-How they go about trading and communicating
-how they add to discussion
-how much they actually THINK into what they put into the post.

Usually many people miss the last 2 points and I imagine a Ralph Wiggum from Simpsons as those people.

I've never thought much of karma. I've been here for a little while and don't have much. Doesn't bother me. I would say just post when you have something to add. I am sure some came from the amount he was posting. In some peoples eyes it may have come off as annoying in that little brother way. Maybe I'm wrong but yeah. I am just adding to this with what I have personally seen. If you contribute to the topic at hand people will tend to like it.

Because they realize that how they got there was by not caring about it.  I only check my karma to see what people don't like and avoid it. 

Like speaking conservative ideals?  I kinda felt bad that you got flamed so bad in the .politics. forum

Definition of ignorant is to be uninformed.  I find myself so far from uninformed it's not funny.  I typically find republicans very uninformed....they tend to repeat things they hear on Fox News.....but I digress
