With orays, yeah, you have to use it as a stall tactic. If you can't find a way to deal with the creature once they have nothing else to do with their mana, then it starts to attack. Pacifism however, game one when they usually shouldn't have something to kill it other than dsphere or banishing light, then it's removal by itself. Once they have nothing else to do with their mana, they still can't attack if it has a pacifism on it.

I personally think that pacifism is better game one, then they're both not very good after board

Well tbh they both suck lol but in comparison I'd rather have ORay

But true lol Arrest does the trick

Guys. For 3 mana, go {Arrest}. It stops both.
Or {prison term} cuz you can change targets.  But it's uncommon I think

TheRedRabble

This is great guys

Keep it going

TreeSmoker

I think some people are talkig standard on here but in modern. I think arrest will top both pacifism and oppressive rays

I would like standard for now

DYMongoose

I'm a big fan of {Messenger's Speed} and {Gods Willing}.

Oh, also {Fearsome Temper}.

MuggyWuggy

New all stars for JOU  {Feast of Dreams}
{Rouse the Mob}
{Renowned Weaver} 1 quick answer for early flyers (cloudfin/judge familiar)

{Ajani's Presence} {Lagonna-Band Trailblazer}

{Sigiled Starfish} {Hubris}

Mr_Fahrenheit

As for the argument between pacifism or arrest or oppressive rays, I personally use neither. Why lock stuff down when you can just {swords to plowshares} or {path to exile} it for one mana ?

Remillo

{Rubblebelt Makka}.

After seeing it in Flamespeaker lists, I'm coming to think the card is awesome.  It's Giant Growth without having to play Green.

Ghor-Clan is better 90% of the time, but when your target already has Trample...  It's a different story.

On THAT subject, I once had three pages of {Vulpine Goliath}s in my binder in various languages and foil/no foil.  Also, I'm convinced there's going to be something that makes {Charging Badger} insane.
