yes you can as long as its not your legendary creature you are copying

meaning there can be multiple legendary permanents in play/battlefield, as long as owners are different (one in battlefield per player only)

nonetheless there is {Mirror Gallery} in play

You can still make it a copy. Just the moment it enters you must put one of the legendary creatures into the graveyard as a state based action
