Wisp, the Illumianted      {W}{W}{W}
Legendary Creature - Incarnation

During your turn, creatures you control gain +2/+2
At the beginning of your upkeep, you gain 5 life.
At the end your turn, the opponent whose turn is next gains control of Wisp, the Illuminated.

Mammon, Dreambender         {2}{U}{B}{B}

Legendary Creature - Nightmare Wizard

Whenever a card is put into an opponents graveyard from anywhere, put a manipulation counter on Mammon, Dreambender.

{T}: Each opponent puts the top X cards of their library into their graveyard, where X is the number of manipulation counters on Mammon, Dreambender.

Counters remain on Mammon, Dreambender as it moves to any zone other than a players hand or library.
Question: would {Traumatize} win or just put one counter on him?
Holy cow, I think they just die. Would it be better like this? "{U}{B}, {T}: Each opponent puts the top X cards of their library into their graveyard, where X is half the number of manipulation counters on Mammon, Dreambender, rounded down."

For my white decks:

Eleanor, Hierarch of Divinity {3}{W}{W}{W}{W}
Legendary Creature - Angel Warrior

Flying, vigilance, lifelink

Eleanor, Hierarch of Divinity enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it where X is the amount of life you have gained this turn.

Creatures you control get +1/+1 for each +1/+1 counter on Eleanor.

Eleanor has indestructible for as long as you have 40 or more life.

Mono white weenie:

Ulrick, Rising Lord                        {1}{W}{W}{W}
Legendary Creature -- Human Soldier

Level Up: {W} First Strike                              2/2

Level 1-7   First Strike, Lifelink                      3/3

Level 8-14 Double Strike, Lifelink                 4/4

Level 15+ Double Strike, Lifelink
Remove X Level Counters from Ulrick: Target creature gets +X/+X, First Strike and Lifelink.

Recently I was thinking about a Omni-color Theros god, because why not! Who says that God tribal can't be a thing.

Chrontae, Father of the Gods  {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}
Legendary Enchantment Creature -- God
Indestructible
As long as you devotion to all colors is less than twenty, Chrontae is not a creature.
{W}{U}{B}{R}{G}{T}: Search your library for a God card and put it into your hand, then shuffle your library.
{W}{U}{B}{R}{G}{T}: Target creature becomes a God. It gets +5/+5 and gains indestructible.

If your God deck doesn't include the god weapons, the demigods from Shadowmoor/Eventide, their Auras, and {Karona, False God}, I have a problem with your deck's flavor. :P

Sorry that I'm like the only one posting in this thread. It combines my two favorite things in Magic: card creation and Commander. Why didn't I think of this before? I don't know!
Anyways, another Commander:

Kereis, the Weaponsmith
Legendary Creature -- Germ
(A spell without a casting cost cannot be cast.)
Kereis is colorless.
Whenever you cast an Equipment with Living Weapon, you may choose not to have Living Weapon trigger, if you do put Kereis onto the battlefield and attach the equipment to it.
{5}{T}: Search your library for an equipment card and attach it to Kereis.

The horror! Just cast {Batterskull} and start swinging. If someone tries to answer him, you simply search out the Sword that gives him protection. I don't think this guy could be safely printed.

FlickerYourOwnIdentity

Visheoth, the Docile       {R}{R}{W}{B}
Legendary Creature - Elemental

At the beginning of each upkeep, each player gains 2 life.
At the end of each end step, if a player has been dealt damage this turn, flip Visheoth, the Docile.

"He is quite nice, I guess the legends of him were wrong."

Visheoth, the Temperamental
Legendary Creature - Elemental

At the beginning of each upkeep, deal 3 damage to each player.
At the end of each end step, if a player has not been dealt damage by a source other then Visheoth, the Temperamental, flip Visheoth, the Temperamental.

"I guess I was very wrong."

Well I got bored so, I decide to make a flip card.  :P

How do you balance it more? When I was creating it, I was thinking: "Ok. Play Batterskull, then What? What else could he do? Oh fetch a equipment! Then how do you kill it? Grab {Champion's Helm} and it's suddenly b0rken. How does I fix?

Nice! Flip legendaries are so cool. This is so political. I choose to not to attack because I like life. Or I must attack to keep whittling us all down.
