I was informed that a creature can only can only come back once with undying, but I always thought if the +1/+1 counter was removed it could be brought back multiple times. So {triskelion} can cause a infinite loop?

yes you can bring them back more then once if you can remove the counter

{Sezian, perverter of truth} I run a more casual discard edh and if you wanna have a deck around for fast edh games this one does a good job of speeding it up and it has a lot of luck neutering combo decks.
