Ok I have 4 boros reckoners in my standard deck but in the fall when he becomes illegal due to set rotation or what ever they call what card will replace him??

He's pretty unique. It all depends on your deck and any goodies M15 may bring.

This^^^.  Plus, the first set of the next block will be out at that time as well so it may have your replacement. Reckoner isn't going to easily be replaced, just as {thragtusk} wasn't replaced in decks, thragtusk decks just disappeared after rotation
