I acquired a signed {rain of flesh} and a signed {time ebb} the {rain of flesh} is signed by the illustrator I'm not sure about the {time ebb} does anyone know if this makes these cards worth more or less?

It is considered Moderately Played-Heavily Played by all vendors, but some collectors or players consider them worth more. It depends on the person. Some people don't like altered/signed cards.

Keep those for collectors, don't let a shop scam you by offering you a low value. They will definitely push the "signature" when they flip it.
