I have to agree with this. {Cyclonic Rift} is amazing. Let's figure out the best for each guild:

{W}{B}-{Vindicate}
{W}{R}-{Lightning Helix}, {Wear // Tear}
{W}{G}-{Selesnya Charm} (pretty much the only removal...)
{U}{B}-{Far // Away}
{U}{R}-{Turn // Burn}
{U}{G}-{Trygon Predator}?
{B}{R}-{Dreadbore} or {Terminate}
{B}{G}-{Abrupt Decay}
{R}{G}-{Gruul Ragebeast}??? Maybe {Pit Fight}?
