i dunno if this was asked before, here goes,

if my commander is {Akroma, Angel of Fury}, from commander zone, can incast her with her morph cost first? if so, and incase she dies, and returned to command zone.. pays her morph cost again, does it cost {2} more?

Yup, you can do that.  It'll be affect by the commander tax, as usual.

Just note that when you're casting her face-down, she can, in fact, be countered.

Yes. It will deal 2 points of commander damage
