Lookin for decent "tax" cards. Anything that would cause opponents to have to more mana to cast spells/attack or activate abilities. Also cards that cause myself to have to pay less. Trying to keep a green white color identity. Workin this deck idea in my head and tryin to see if it is plausible as a good strategy. All suggestions are welcome.

White blue is a bit better for what you're doing because {Grabd ARbiter Augistin IV} can be your commander. As for tax cards
{Chancellor of the Annex}
{Glow Rider}
{Thalia Guardian of Thraben}
{Something of Amethyst}
That's what comes to mind

If  you ever feel like spending a lot of money, there's  {Nether Void}. But G/W isn't a very tax oriented color scheme.

I was wanting to use {gaddock teeg} as my commander

You can go bant and have him in your deck. I just like blue white as a tax deck

Remillo

As far as ability taxing, you can play {Supression Field}.

InfinitiveDivinity

There's also combat taxing, such as {Ghostly Prison} and {Propaganda}.

And good ol'  {Defense Grid}!  {Juntu Stakes}  works well with {Meekstone}, though it isn't strictly tax...works well with {Gaddock Teeg}, though, if you run mostly 2/2 creatures.

Just made a bant "stasis" deck and am very impressed with its capabilities. Bant is a new fav of mine but what would be a good commander for the tax theme?

{Grand Arbiter Augistin IV}
