Curse

My friend has a {Curse of Echoes} and loves to put it in every deck he plays with. He manages to get it out as soon as he has the avalible mana and countering it is quite hard with the decks i have. What is a good red/green card i could use that would get rid of his curse?

Green is the destroy enchantment Capitol. There are so many. There are many destroy all enchantment cards. In the edh style I like   {Shattergang Brothers} he says here, let me destroy that for you. He adds in black but that is awesome. Depends what kind of deck. I am guessing casual. Or modern or maybe edh.

He recently got {Perplexing Chimera} x2 which really puts a damper on things.

If i play a destroy target whatever, he exchanges control then plays a card to return target creature to his hand.
