I suggest you pick a random unannounced time on the 11th(idk if youve done that) and simply check at that time for the winner. Otherwise everyones going to post a billion posts 1/2 a second before 12:00 or whenever, and itll be shenanigans. Just sayin, thats the fairest way imo.

Yea so im sayin it shouldnt be at midnight or somethin you should just randomly lock it at a predetermined unannounced time.. Like 10:26am or somethin random
