Play vs. casting

Just wondering if {sigil of the empty throne} would trigger when enchantments enter play with {Zur the enchanter}. Hope I'm not as dumb as I think

No. Zur doesn't cast, he puts them directly into play.

This should be moved to Rules

However the card itself says play, the oracle  before the image says cast, while the actual card says play

You have to go by the Oracle text. Several cards have received errata...

still use Zur to get {Shimmering Wings}, better combo for {Sigil of the Empty Throne}
