Does colourless count as a colour word to
{trait doctoring}? If so I may be onto something

You must pick one of the five colors, unfortunately you can not pick colorless

I meant to change it from colourless to something else

Giggle the Draco Genius

105.4. If a player is asked to choose a color, he or she must choose one of the five colors. "Multicolored" is not a color. Neither is "colorless."

In order to change it from one color you must choose a color.

MisterJH

Shes asking if he can target a colorless creature since its not a color to begin with

And I am saying as per the card you care changing all instances of one color word for another.  Since colorless is not a color you can not change it.

Although you can target a colorless creature, if it doesn't have any color words on it to change though it will not do anything.

"4/15/2013   You can target any permanent with Trait Doctoring, including one with no color words or basic land types on it."

Dangit. I had thought of a way for {Pentavus} to go infinite with Trait doctoring... Apparently that doesn't work

MisterJH

I do believe theres a card({painters servant} maybe?) that makes allcards a chosen color ifthat helps

That won't change the word colorless on pentivus, which is the goal. I'm not aware of any spell or effect that will do this.

FustyDavorite

 {Grand Architect} maybe?

No it wont have pentavus produce. Colored tokens, but the tokens will be colored by painters no? Are tokens considered permanents?

Im not sure What the combo shes going for is

Sparkle Ninja

I'm thinking if you can make them green and have out {Ivy Lane Denizen} you could do some stupid shizzle with Pentavus
