I follow Mark Rosewater on Tumblr, and he said today that these would not have Planeswalkers. That leads me to believe that they will have Legendary Creatures, instead. I also wonder like the upcoming M15 Clash packs, if they will be designed to be combined into one "strong" deck out of the two.

The Fall ones are always kinda like previews in to the next block, like Phyrexia v the Coalition, Izzet v Golgari and Heroes v Monsters.
The Spring on have recently been Planeswalker duels and function kinda like a Farewell to the block that's rotating soon, like Venser v Koth, Tibalt v Sorin and Jace v Vraska
