Hey,

I 'm looking into some hatebears decks and found several {akroma, angel of fury} in them. It looked strange but has the morph part something to do with the etb ability of {flickerwisp} or {restoration angel}!
It seems incastible otherwise.

Thanks!

Tthmax

Not {restoration angel} by further examination.

Making a face-down (or transformed) creature leave the battlefield  will always return it Face Up.  So, you're completely right; those deck would probably plan to get it out there with Morph and then get it face up with Flickwisp or Restoration Angel.  And both of them work, too.  When Akroma is face down, she has no card types (and thus not an Angel) and doesn't have her protection abilities, making her legal targets for both Flicker creatures.

Tthmax

Wow, I overlooked that one.

Thanks!

Now I kept thinking. A morph creature's Cmc is zero. Is it viable with {æther vial} without a counter on it?

Giggle the Draco Genius

Casting as morph is an alternative cost to the normal version
the CMC of any card while in any zone is the one actually printed on the card.
exceptions to this are when on the battlefield it is the current face of the card, or if it has X it is 0 except on the stack where it is what you declared it to be.

{Mistmeadow Witch} and  {Venser, the Sojourner} would both work quite well.

Oh and  {Conjurer's Closet}.

Tthmax

Okay,

Thanks, {conjurer's closet} is very cool. With {blade splicer}.

Double-O-Scotch

Better with  {Maul Splicer} ...

It's really bad with {Precurser golem}...

Well I guess that depends on whether it's being targeted by a {lightning bolt} or a {giant growth} lol
