I got it all settled, I actually talked to the realty place and the reimbursed me and switched it to him, he then proceeded to get more pissed and broke my door too, now here's the funny part, he basically threatened me and so I proceed to call the cops and they come by and he was freaking out, well first off he got arrested and I told them what had been happening and they were given permission to search his room. Turns out he was dealing drugs or something because he had 6 oz of weed, 140 hits of acid, and a bag of coke in his closest...soooo ya he isn't going to be coming back for a long time
