Is there a good, cheap (CMC wise) artefact card playable in EDH that states that whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, draw a card?

But if you run a token/1drops deck you can draw as much as you want.

I knew about soul of the harvest. I thought about a seemingly limitless way to play animar with nothing but artifact crearures

there are definitely ways to get infinite counters on animar and cast cast artifacts for free.
