Just to be fair, burden of proof is on the prosecutor, and to be totally fair and reasonable, until information proving otherwise is made public the only fair thing for those not directly involved and who havent seen the proof is to be on Ertai's side. Im not saying her isn't kuber but idk for sure and the argument that he must 'prove' who he is not is fundamentally flawed. That is all.

He (Ertai) did offer to send first or use a middleman.  While I understand this may be a red herring, it seems like scamming would be impossible with this offer.  I am going ahead with the trade--as I said, he offered to send first so no harm.  Just wanted to add this to the discussion.  If he really is Kubber, is it possible he has turned over a new leaf?

I think one of the issues with this is that hawk has pointed out that even as kubber he still had "trusted trades" before he started stealing from people.

I'm not directly involved, but I think that based on the evidence that hawk has provided, it's now on Ertai to provide the proof that he's not kubber
