I think {lord of extinction} would synergize pretty well. As you make people mill more it gets bigger which can help make people mill even more. maybe some things like {umbral mantle} to untap?

{Lord of Exinction} is not legal in a {U}{B} commander deck due to {G} being in it's casting cost

+ {Sadistic Sacrament} to get rid of those pesky shuffle graveyard things:  Eldrazi, {Elixir of Immortality}, {Gaea's Blessing}, and {Psychic Spiral}.

{psychic spiral} I think is the card. From the RTR block there is a card which takes all cards in ur graveyard and shuffles them back into your libary, then your opponent mill's the amount of cards that went back into your libary. It works amazingly well in my mill deck. Also don't know if I saw it but {elite arcanist} has so so so many uses it's one of my favorite utility cards in any blue deck.

I rarely have any cards in my own graveyard unless I have {Dreamborn Muse} and I only have 7 instants: 3 of which are counterspells.
Personally I don't think those are worth a spot.
Both of those cards were in my earlier builds when this was my Standard deck though. Sorry. Thanks for the thoughts though.
