Might need. More creatures? In a multiplayer game you're going to have to deal with milling lots of people out,mand avoiding board wipes.

I think you're right that I have to have more creatures. I'm not too sure what to take out though.

One you can go ahead and take out is {Breaking // Entering}. It's not legal because of {Entering}'s {R} mana symbol.

You might want to replace one of your lands with {Nephalia Drownyard} if you have it.

{Sands of Delirium} isn't as good as I want it to be. I suppose it's still a use for untapped lands at the end of the turn before yours, but as a milling source, it's rather inefficient. I would almost prefer {Ghoulcaller's Bell}. It's got a much lower maximum effect, but it hits all players and doesn't cost any mana.

{Glimpse the Unthinkable} is apparently a money card, but it would be nice here. {Followed Footsteps} would be great on {Geralf's Mindcrusher}.

Also this is very close to my lazav build and I would recommend you try him as commander instead as he benefits more from milling

I thought about Lazav for a while, but I like Phenax better.
Although my heart is with the Dimir on Ravnica, I think that they won't mind their cross-planar cohort leading.
Actually, I also considered Szadek, Oona and Wrexial along with Lazav and Mirko, but I thought that Phenax's ability is best for milling rather than benefitting from it.
I could probably do an article, because mill is my favorite archetype.
Basically in short:
Szadek is cool, but does no Command Dmg.

Oona is probably second best IMO but depends on how much mana you have.

Wrexial is dependent on your opponent having Inst./Sorc.

Lazav is amazing but doesn't mill at all. He depends on other mill spells to make him good.

Mirko is average and is a Mind Funeral on a flying stick. Pretty good, but has no synergy.

The other Modern ones (because the old ones are awful) I do not own. (Circu, Dralnu, Sygg, Vela, and Wydwen) nor do I wish to own, really.
