Alright, so after viewing the opinions stated in the Petition of unbanning AbstractApathist thread, I wanted to ask the mods a few questions.

1.) Does the punishing of someone come down to a vote? Such as banning, suspension, being put on not trusted traders list, etc.

2.) How much valid input do mods carry in these decisions if it is a vote based punishment system?

3.) How do you honestly feel about the 'Law' that resides over these forums? Does it need revision? Or an update? Or perhaps that clearer guidelines can lead to better decisions?

4.) Who is acting out the punishment system?

5.) Who makes the final decisions for the Trials?

I would like the mods to either post here, or PM me if you're more comfortable doing that, your opinions and answers. Personally, I am not sure how much reign Mods are given, and looking at things, I definitely see that we could use revision of our laws. I understand Piotr has the final say in enacting the government here, but if we believe it should change, we should make a valid and formal complaint, in addition to stating ways to possibly fix it, if we would ever want it to change.

After the Mods have given their answers, I want to try to help build a new system, of checks and balances, if it is not there. If it is there and I don't know about it, I give full permission to have my thread deleted.

Mods, if you're worried about staring "Fallacies" or " Lies" in fear on being banned, please PM your answers.

I would highly enjoy helping in this matter. I believe as I am not a mod, it can help give a new perspective to the regular users, as a kind of face to them. Of course if people feel they would like someone else as the non mod spokesperson per-say, I will gladly step down.

I hope we can all get together and discuss, with maturity, what we believe should change, if any, and how we can propose this idea to Piotr. Thank you for your time
