It's sort of odd, but apparently you draw one more card and lose one additional life for each Blood Scrivener beyond the first. The second one's ability replaces the first draw from the first's ability, so with two you end up drawing three cards and losing two life.

Strangely, I think its full potential may be modern. In hellbent decks...that is if you can get them competitive...hmmmm. I've never made a {B}{R} deck before. I'm going to see if I can make this idea, and make it competitive. Maybe a {sire of insanity} + unearth deck? I don't know

Wow. The hellbent cards suck...this is going to be a challange

That is correct
Their abilities hit the stack
Each one says "it is his upkeep and he has no cards, he needs me, I trigger"
Because both have triggered, the second one doesn't care that you drew a card already, he did his thing to help.

Draw a card for the turn, a card for BS 1 and a third card for BS 2

From the card rulings:
4/15/2013   Each additional Blood Scrivener you control will effectively add one card and 1 life lost. Say you control two Blood Scriveners and would draw a card while you have no cards in hand. The effect of one Blood Scrivener will replace the event "draw a card" with "draw two cards and lose 1 life." The effect of the other Blood Scrivener will replace the drawing of the first of those two cards with "draw two cards and lose 1 life." You'll draw two cards and lose 1 life, then draw another card and lose another 1 life.

Also, these are replacement effects, not triggered abilities, so they do not use the stack.
