So like: I had a {phalanx leader} on the battlefield with a {vanguard of brimaz}. And I cast out {dauntless onslaught} after that... I think I might know this one... But I would like to reconfirm about the triggers...

If you're asking "can I target two different heroic creatures with one spell (that allows me to target multiple things) and have both heroic creatures' triggers go off," the answer is yes.

Each creature is able to be triggered once by a spell, no matter how many creatures, so long as they are specifically targeted.

You cannot, however get the SAME creature's trigger to go off twice with one spell if the same spell targets the same creature multiple times (ex {Common Bond}. Each individual creature can only trigger once per spell.

Sorry. I had the question wrong. What I actually wanted was to know if the 1/1 cat will get the +1/+1 counter or not. Thank you.

It will work this way.

You cast {Dauntless Onslaught} and target both your creatures. This triggers both their heroic abilities and puts them on the stack.

Since you control both abilities and they are put on the stack at the same time, you choose the order in which they are put on the stack.

Therefore, you can trigger the Cat token creation first, and then trigger the +1/+1 counter ability.

Thank you so much! Now I can have a 2/2 cat!
