Yes, you can use a  {Redirect} to change the target of the enchantment

When an enchantment that specifies "enchant player, enchant creature" etc - IT MUST TARGET a legal target ( in this case a player)

As this is cast, you may choose to redirect and pick a new target player before the spell resolves.

Per wiki ruling 303.4
