I was mistaken on {Evolving Wilds} that it was only basics, should still work with Liliana though as Urborg doesn't say only lands in play and there are no rules stating Urborg only effects lands on the battlefield.

When lands are in play they are considered lands. When a land is anywhere else it is considered a land card, this same rule applies to creatures and other types. Urborg changes each land to a swamp, not each land card, Lilliana can only fetch something that says swamp on it, mind you, this works for things like {bayou} and {blood crypt} because they have the subtype swamp regardless of any external influencing factors.

Lili fetches Swamp cards, so Bayou and Blood Crypt are fetchable.
