Isn't a Bogles deck cheap if you remove the Canopy and the Enchantment halo thing? Just replace them with easy to acquire stuff and you're good to go.

Bogle really needs {Daybreak Coronet}, though. It's the backbone of the deck.

Well both, there are no Modern preconstructed decks (currently). If you plan on buying the entire deck you definitely can, you'll just have to purchase each piece individually. Plan on spending about $200 though. Modern is a relatively expensive format to get into, but after the initial "down payment", you have a deck that will never rotate out, except for the occasional bannings.

You guys and gals are awesome thx for the great information

Good low cost modern deck would be  4{Blistercoil Weird},  4{Paradise Mantle}, and 30 or so one drop draw a card instants. Also throw in a couple  {Grapeshot}.

The problem with that deck is that it isn't nearly consistent enough to be competitice, and gets hosed by any kind of removal, which is really common. I recommend {Living End}. The only really expensive parts are {Fulminator Mage} and its namesake.
