Can anyone help me determine and put cards in 3 piles as per subject heading, l wanna sort BmG common like this

Though there are plenty of good BnG commons, I sort my cards first by color, then rarity(common/uncommon), then alphabetically.  That way if friends or such are looking for a specific card, I can find it in 20 seconds flat.  Other than that, you could always get a fatpack, they come with a booklet and card list, in the back of that is a checklist of sorts.  You can find which cards you think are good, check them off and then sort them into piles from there.  Hope this helps

I just read what the cards do and thought to myself which ones are useful and which ones are purely for limited.

Very easy to sort your commons that way: usable in limited or not. Most one drops are useful.
