You have Gruul monsters and Gruul devotion. Currently, the more popular deck is Gruul monsters, which can be either aggro or midrange. Gruul devotion uses cards like BTE, voyaging satyr, nyxthos and nylea to generate huge amounts of mana to pump creatures to huge levels or wipe the board with polukranos.

The naya control deck doesn't seem to be the more popular one. The more popular naya control runs 2 polukranos 4 smiter and 4 storm breath as creatures, runs 1 assemble the legion, no ruric thars sideboard because of all of the removal. It also runs 4 anger of the gods and a fourth selesnya charm over Advents and magma jets

I play a deck similar to the red green monsters but no voyaging satyrs and i sideboard the ruric thar and play mistcutters and kalonian hydras and reverent hunters because the mistcutters and hunters come out faster and work well with kalonians static ability

{G}{U} Flash has been posting good results lately. I think it won a GP or something. Every card in there is instant speed...

How about Esper Control? You have Esper midrange, I'm thinking the control-y version with verdicts, downfalls, maybe Ashiok, etc.

I thought about it, but it isn't posting good results anymore.
Really? Awesomeness, one less thing to worry about when playing white weenie. Now the problem is stormbreaths and blood barons. Ugh.

When and against what matchups would the sideboard be effective? I need some help guys.

Zxfishy10

Peak eruption only works vs other decks with red.. The rest is mostly control for creature heavy decks and token decks.. Is play skull crack over lightening strike and if you throw in satyr firedancer then you are hitting the player and a creature
