Shock lands gone from standard in 6 months??

I think I will probably cry when shock lands get cycled out. I suppose we will see more scry lands with Journey Into Nyx. It will be quite interesting when the change takes place and only Theros block cards will be allowed in standard. Thoughts? Comments?

On topic, I don't personally play Standard, so things rotating in and out of the format don't really bother me. For me, a card is only as good as it can be when placed against my Kaalia deck. However, I can see why people wouldn't want them out; the shocks are great, and they make for fast-paced games. I feel sorry for those of you who'll lose them.

Heh, then watch all the scrylands shoot up in value. All the duals do it while in standard. The Innistrad lands did, as did the Scars of Mirrodin lands

Basics and fetches would be great.  Or even basics and utility lands.  Not gonna lie, I miss {Nephalia Drownyard}.  And {Desolate Lighthouse}.  And {Gavony Township}.  And....And...
