This land is bonkers in multiplayer...

Only in draft. I have a feeling this won't be legal in Vintage/Legacy. Or, if it is, it won't do anything, a la {command tower}
But EDH...The reason I said it is bonkers is because of diplomacy that the card entails. I really like when multiplayer forces interactions among players.
It still wouldn't work in EDH, unless you have an EDH draft or they errata the card. The colors are chosen when the card is drafted, not any other time.

You're right, I misread the card. I thought it said as you play the land, but it is as you draft it.

This set will be awesome for cube. I should make 1 now....

Arbitratur

I've been wanting a {decimate}, guess I'll be more likely to get one now!

particle

i love the hidden agendas! all the conspiracies seems cool!

Ekann1

Does anyone else think the conspiracy that lets you name a card and spend mana of any color to cast cards with that name is pickable in the 3-6 range? It seems very good for playing a totally off color bomb.

Agrus Kos, Enforcer of Truth

Conspiracy boxes are preordering at $120, so it looks like we won't get screwed like with Modern Masters.

Still, more than a normal expansion. I wish I could buy 1 but I have a modern deck to build....

No, that is the normal for SCG. $144 is the technical MSRP for this and all normal expansions.

I thought most boxes were ~100?
On Amazon and such, but many LGSs and some online (like SCG, they are notorious for being expensive) stores still sell at $120. That is what is normal in my area if you went to a card shop.

2 of the lgs I go to sell boxes for $100. But I go to another store to buy my boxes. They guy I buy from sells cards, comics, and coins. Also all other collectible stuff. No area to play and only has about 100 singles for purchase. But he sells boxes for $79.95. This guy is awesome. And now a store pissed him off so he is buying board games now and he told me he has a few board games that are only like $0.36 above the price the distributor paid and sold them for. He's just looking to sell product. He also has xwing minatures. Sells all the small ships for under $9 and the medium ships that retail for $29.99 sells those for under $17.

That's pretty great. Stores pay $72.50 for a box straight from WoTC (I assume more if from a distributer), so those are some small profit margins.

MaRo: That is correct. Each Conspiracy pack has one draft matters card which is in the pack in lieu of a basic land.

Interesting....
