 {Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx} x 2
{Island} x 21

{Judge's Familiar} x 4
{Sage of Epityr} x 4
{Tidebinder Mage} x 4
{Frostburn Weird} x 4
{Omenspeaker} x2
{Grand Architect} x 4
{Thassa, God of the Sea} x 2
{Master of Waves} x 4

{Spell Snare} x 3
{Mana Leak} x 3
{Cyclonic Rift} x 2

{Bident of Thassa} x 1

The standard deck runs so well I didn't want to chane it too much. I'm thinking about cutting the  {Omenspeaker}s for another  {Thassa, God of the Sea} and an artifact to use the Architect passive with. Something like  {Blightsteel Colossus},  {Steel Hellkite} or  {Wurmcoil Engine}.
I would really like some advice :)

Why don't u just play Merfolk... U have plenty of double blue lords and aether vial..

A guy in my group already uses Merfolk. Also I really like this deck and was hoping to make it modern competitive.

There's a reason why this tactic is only used in standard: it's too slow for competitive play. Merfolk can tempo using lords and {æther vials}, but preparing a {master of waves} with bad creatures like {frostburn weird} just means you'll get outraced or he'll be quickly killed. Since you can't run folk, here's what I suggest: use better wincons like {delver of secrets} and {vendilion cliques} (splashing red would also help) and/or run tempo cards like {remand} and {cryptic command} so that you don't just die really quickly.
