UR twin or UWR control shell twin?

I'm planning to make a splinter twin deck, I have seen quite a lot of the UR combo dedicated lists and a few UWR twin lists with the resto angels and colonnades for non-combo clocking. Does anyone have any experience playing these styles of decks ? Could anyone suggest which playstyle is better? My meta is mainly affinity boggles and tron.
I know the UR have simple mana base that is mega reliable and play more protection for their combo along with the hand crafting a

Stuff like serum visions etc but if they don't win around turn 4-6 they sometimes just die whereas the other style can come back but they don't turn 4 spam as much

{Clone}, {Artisan of Forms}, Splash black for {Evil Twin} to copy the big stuff and kill it. I would also recommend just making it four colours because theres some good clone stuff in each colour. Yes the Resto angels are good but I'd go {Conjurers Closet} to be able to do it every turn

I'm a fan of American Control twin. I played that deck, or one similar to it, and it seems really good dude.

In my opinion, U/R tempo twin is by far the best. It uses {Remand}, {Grim Lavamancer}, {Vendilion Clique}, and {Cryptic Command} to destroy opponents' plans while getting out the twin combo. Unlike 3-color twin, tempo twin has actually won a grand prix and come in top 8 many times.
