Sorry for it being typed out. The deck builder function on my app glitches. I tried to make it as neat as possible though.

Rundown of deck-
Get out my draw engines ({Howling Mine} and {Rites of Flourishing}) to draw me and my opponent out. I continuously "fog" with spells that prevent damage. I deal with other threats like plains walkers or enchantments, or whatever else causes trouble for me, with {Beast Within} and counterspells like {Render Silent}. {Noxious Revival} allows me to retreive any destroyed drawing engines or a fog if I'm in a pinch. {Day of Judgement} and {Supreme Verdict} are there to deal with opponents creatures obviously. Often times if you allow an opponent access to all of their creatures they'll figure out some way to break through. {Elixir of Immortality} allows me to never mill out while my opponent dwindles away to nothing. Jace lets me mill my opponent more quickly or draw a card if I really need it. The land base is configured so I have 12 mana producing lands of each color.

The sideboard rundown-

{Beast Within}- to deal with decks that use plains walkers that can target my life directly, to deal with Tron decks, and to really deal with anything I can't fog or disrupt any other way.

{Surgical Extraction}- An Emrakul, or any other card that recycles out of the graveyard, in the deck is basically a game lost for me. It keeps getting recycled and they never mill out. {Surgical Extraction} can hit it in that split second it's in the graveyard and allow me to win.

{Witchbane orb}- to protect myself from

{Ghostly Prison}- Stops any twin deck in it's tracks. While they have infinite creatures, they don't have infinite mana. Also puts a hurt on any aggro deck.

{Rest in Peace}- This totally stops some I the scariest decks out there. Living End, Reanimator, any Pod deck. The deck I'm most worried about though is Melira Pod. It has a very achievable infinite damage combo that doesn't involve attacking, a Turbo-Fog's worst nightmare. It also stops flashback decks which can be a problem, though I can normally handle those with some countering and {Whitchbane Orb}

Changes to be made-
Tamiyo is going to go. After much play testing I've found her to be not worth it. Her -2 can be helpful in drawing but by turn five if I'm not set up nicely already something is wrong. If she's in my opening hand she's a dead draw and even though she can be helpful she is, unlike Jace, situational and not worth it.
I am also main boarding in a {Witchbane Orb}. So many decks have some kind of burn in them that it makes it worth it. One of my worst matchups, R/U Delver and mono R burn plow right over me in the first game. So a single {Witchbane Orb} MB in place of Tamiyo will solve that.

That's Turbo-Fog deck. Any help or suggestions would be awesome :)

I don't know what people play, but I'm sure people play answers to mill decks. Someone else who knows more might be able to tell you what those answers are and how to stop them.

Yeah, that's the one problem with this kind of deck. No one where I play has any answers to mill decks, just because no one plays them. Once I start playing this though I'm sure I'll run into snags. If you find answers to their answers then I'd love to have them. As of now I can just {Beast Within} and counter my way through them.

Ekann1

Sounds like you'll do fine then. I don't and don't plan to play much modern, so I really can't help you with what people SB against mill. You'll need someone else for that. Sorry :(

ImTheGuy

I thought about adding that. But that card works best with aggro decks that act quickly and will win next turn. The best that would do for me is make it so I don't mill out for one turn or so I survive an onslaught of creatures for one turn. Which, unless I pull something out my butt, won't be all that much of a saving "grace" because I'll just die next turn. I agree that it could help but it wouldn't be a consistent savior and if I put it in I'd be taking out things that I believe would better help me. Unless I'm missing a scenario in which that would actually benefit me consistently. Like a deck type I'd lose to if I didn't have it.

Also, what do you guys say about the amount of counterspells? I think 6 mainboard is smart for protection of myself and my key components, but what about the six in the sideboard for control matchups? Is a total of 12 possibly too many? Also are there better counterspells I could use?

ImTheGuy

Hmm. Well the games go on for too long for mana leak I think (around 8 turns or so. Sometimes more). Plus they'll have more mana due to rites of flourishing. I don't like remand in this deck because they'll just cast it next turn and buying me one turn in this deck isn't as good as it is in a fast paced game. I'll play test dissipate. I like dream fracture because it was a hard counter, it allows me to draw and it makes the opponent draw which is the idea. They draw out. I'll test out dissipate though. The exiling of the spell will probably end up being super helpful. Thanks! :)

Kaworu, the Fifth Child

{Font of Mythos} for more draw maybe.

The artifact draw engine was between that, the howling mine, and {Temple Bell}. Temple bell was out pretty quickly because it's essentially a worse howling mine. {Font of Mythos} draws more, but it's four mana. And on turn four I want to have mana open for countering. That's when most decks that I'm scared of get rolling. So 1 went with howling mine. Sure it lets me draw less but I can put it out earlier and use my mana later when it's more crucial.

Common answers to mill include {Elixir of Immortality} and any of the big Eldrazis, all of which shuffle graveyards back in. Elixir is particularly problematic, as usually, you'd try to mill past it, but in this case, they draw it and can cast it right off the bat. {Surgical Extraction}'s your best bet in these colors- their GYs still get shuffled, but at least you don't have to deal with those a second time.

You. I am now taking out dream fracture from the sideboard and probably one other thing to add in surgical extraction. Thank you.

ImTheGuy

Made some changes-
Main board:
-2 {Dream Fracture}
-1 {Riot Control}
+2 {Dissipate}
+1 {Fog}

Sideboard:
-2 {Dream Fracture}
-1 {Dissolve}
+3 {Surgical Extraction}

I'm about to change the land base slightly too. I'll update that once I'm done working it out.

ImTheGuy

I changed the land base to have a little less green and a little more white. I figured it'd make it more consistent since the deck has more white than blue and more blue than green.

Progenitasm

Add black for  {Darkness} ??

ImTheGuy

No. While it is a one mana fog adding a fourth color would only cause inconsistency.

ImTheGuy

Bump.
Someone wanted to see this. Also wouldn't object to new ideas and criticism. I've since made some changes that I will put in momentarily.
