I do have dredge, but only the best

Have you thought about {cabal coffers} for your lands and {mind grind} for another spell? I also don't see very many tutors either. That might help. I play mineoplasm as well and I play a lot of deck thinning as far as tutors, mana ramp etc. I also play a few counters too. It's just my play style though.

I don't run many swamps though :/

As for Tutors, I prefer running as few as possible. I understand thinning the deck is great, but I try to keep searching down to a minimum, to keep the EDH games different, instead of tutoring the same winning cards. My exception for this deck is Pod and Increasing Ambition though, as I still like to have options

You don't have to run a lot of swamps your  {Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth} makes all your lands swamps.

True, but I don't want to base all that off the chance I draw both, since Cabal doesn't tap for mana solo style

Honestly, I'd take out the  {Snapcaster Mage} and go for an archaeomancer. It doesn't get your card exiled. It's easy to bounce around an archaeomancer, and it is ten times cheaper.

And  {Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon} shouldn't be in there IMO. It has no board pressure whatsoever in Commander. It takes three turns (if you give it haste) to kill a single opponent in a mainly multiplayer format. And if that opponent can't get off some sort of removal in that time they deserve to lose

I agree it's nice that it isn't exiled, but price isn't an issue, and I already have the Snapcaster Mage

You don't appear to have enough removal. I'd spring towards {Damnation}

...Devoting so many hours to mathematically perfect decks

How so? It looks solid, but even great decks lose when played long enough. Also people who spend their time on magic message boards are more likely to have better decks than those who just play occasionally for fun...
