That's a pretty damn powerful effect for a two-drop. I'm sure it'll find it's way into some modern RDW. Maybe even legacy? Even if he is so frail.

As I said, he's only good so long as your OPP is playing creatures that you want to hit and in situations where you want him to be more than just a reverberate. So he's probably sideboard for the aggro matchups.
