Up to you end of turn or mid combat. If that extra point of damage made the difference for what you would have done, then you can go back (fair warning and information I trust you won't take advantage of, if you do it mid combat, I will have a post combat play)

Yeah okay I'll do it during declare blockers phase then if that's okay. I need to watch my life total around you :P
