If you take an opponent's creature
Say idk {Nicol bolas planeswalker} {Switcheroo} anything like that
Can you attack with it that same turn when it becomes your creature

No. It's affected by summoning sickness as it has not been under your control since the beginning of that upkeep.

That's why cards like {act of treason} grant haste - it's necessary to have haste in order for it to function on the turn it changes control

This was actually the basis for a question that I almost missed on my test. I had never encountered nonhasted control change as a rules question but my test taking skills took over and I got it right.
