I don't know if there's any truth to the rumor, but the guys who run the store I go to are incredibly well-informed, so I put some stock in what they have to say.

Raja will have something like Diplomacy- Whenever an opponent casts a spell that targets you, you may have that player gain 3 life or put 3 1/1 white soldier tokens on the battlefield. If you do, that player can't attack you for the next 3 turns.

I'd personally like to see Kaalia revamped so she wasn't so squishy. Not necessarily a harder hitter, but definitely higher toughness. And maybe a new spin on her ability displaying a growth in power.

What about 1/4 she's  {2}{b}{w}{r} it could be any creature type but u take damage by mana cost or something

Because its Kaalia. Her flavour is Angels, Demons and Dragons. It makes no sense for her to be able to accelerate a Zombie or a Human out onto the field.
