Red or colorless destroy enchantments or permanents?

Obliterate doesn't even destroy enchantments - it blows up everything BUT enchantments! (And planeswalkers)

Red doesn't get destroy enchantments. You can {Chaos Warp}, hope to hit it with {Tyrant of Discord} or keep {Aura Barbs} around. Artifacts are the only way, {Oblivion Stone} and whatnot.

I really wish red had this. I like the burn but I want to destroy the permanents that I can't burn. Right now my needs binder is over filling. I need to edit it.. But still looking for more artifacts that destroy, exile or plain tear up enchantments or permantments

{Spine of Ish Sah}, {Chaos Warp}, and {Liquimetal Coating} + artifact removal are the best options you have. To summarize what others have posted.

It's good that Red doesn't get to destroy enchantments and permanents. Makes the game more balanced that they have a weakness.

Add another color.  Black maybe.  There is some good removal and some good goblins in black.

This, Red is commonly regarded as the weakest color in EDH. Splash another color like black or green.

you stated earlier that you want it to be goblins..  So have  {Wort, Boggart Auntie} or  {Wort, the Raidmother} as your commander and enjoy the benefits of multiple colors capabilities.
