Unexpected results

Not sure if this should be in the casual decks section, since I don't have anything close to a decklist yet... Anyway, sorry if this is in the wrong place

I was thinking of building an {unexpected results} deck. I looked around a bit for some ideas of high mana cost cards to put in, but  it was all standard stuff. Can anyone think of anything non standard that would be good? (Hopefully not too expensive $-wise, becuse I'm sure someone will suggest emrakul)

Well if you want to use {Unexpected Results} get the artifact version as well {Temporal Aperture}.

Why kiora? Seems like all she really does is get me extra land drops,mand I already have {farseek} for that.

She can prevent some damage and stall the game, and that's still one more than normal. The more mana the better right?

Also, she doesn't cost more mana than unexpected results. I try to always get "free mana" by getting 5 mana cost cards or higher off unexpected results. Not sure if I will need the stalling, maybe I'll test it out a bit and if I find I'm losing agro decks I'll sideboard kiora. Actually, I can just sideboard 2 kiora right now.

Also, any ideas for sideboard stuff against mono red? Kiora will help deal with creature heavy decks but I'm worried about decks with lots of burn spells.

Turn 3 supreme verdict can deal with agro decks very well I think. I still need something sideboaded against burn though... Maybe some sort of life gain?

A deck with farseek want to test against it? I'll play a wall game, the first topic "casual!" by me would be playing against it.
