Is {Haunted Angel} a good card? Why?

It is a terrible card. If it was like {W} or {1}{W} it'd be decent. Too much downside for a card that is crap. I do like the artwork though. You can use {Gather Specimens} in some kind of weirdo low cost/downside deck (with {Pongify}, {Swan Song}).

Agreed. I don't mind paying 3 for a 3/3 flyer every now and then but just too much downside at that cost for what you get. And like Dudecore said, you would have to loose deck space just to work around her. Bad card in my opinion.

The mana cost, p/t and the fact that is has flying doesn't stand up to the drawback of giving EVERY opponent a powerful creature for free. Not good but art is pretty awesome.

terrible, 3/3 flying for 3 is one thing, but giving your opponents 3/3 flier for 3 of your mana? thats crazy talk, this card would only be good if it cost {W} imo.

See I also agree it's terrible, but my play group used to argue it was great due to some unmemorable clause or mechanic.

It's even bad in a group hug edh deck. Giving everyone a 3/3 is practically nothin in edh. This card seriously blows.

I think it's great. Great flavor, great art. .poo. card, though. If it costed {3}{W} and gave you the token, it might be better.
