It's now been over 100 days since  mlerner and lolrus agreed on a trade, lerner recieved his cards after three days and lolrus still waits, he has been very busy with school and work so I am posting on his behalf. If he doesn't recieve his end by the end if this week, he (we) would like to see some form of punishment. He has lied time and time again about this and it is ridiculous to wait this long on trade agreed on in early November.

I don't think anyone should ever trade with him again, there are many other youths on this forum who honor trades and don't hide behind mom and dad. If you can't simply stamp and address and envelope yourself: don't trade here or anywhere else for that matter.

I think you forget the several dozen envelopes I have sent.
I love a block from my post office, I walk there after school.

I sent Lolrus a shock and a couple of dollars of other cards (like 8$ and 4 cards) and Christ, he's not Recieved them so I'll send him more stuff.

People please calm down. It's understandable to be upset but please you don't need to explicitly attack the accused. That is not the point of a trial. It stands as Lolrus is the only one still to not receive anything correct? I believe if within a short while (week/2 week maximum perhaps?) as the accused has again said that they sent out, if within that short while the wronged (Lolrus) still hasn't received anything from the accused. Then the mods should determine a fitting punishment (untrustworthy traders list, ban, etc.,) enforce the accused to ensure the wronged of this trial receive (not sure if it is within their power to do so. but if so explicitly and fully exact those powers.) and close the trial. Ensuring all of us here at iMTG closure and the ability to move on.

Note; this is not to try and be lenient to the accused, however, if he did in fact send anything to the wronged. And we're accusing of not sending while it is in transit, that is just over pushing the same point that has been established.

It's been a long time the person who got burnt set a time limit. No need to extend it more then that.

First of all, u can say that u sent but no one believes you, you claimed the same with all the other people, and only sent after MONTHS! Also don't claim that {Piotr} enjoys banning people, that is a baseless accusation, Even if its been the buzz in the air lately, but you have to take responsibility for your own actions, don't try to push it onto another individual just because the current events suit your needs. I believe you should be banned for continually lying and cheating people, but then {imthelolrus} would NEVER get his cards. Ever. So why don't you just man up already or just tell the truth that you don't intend to make things right.
